Jos is an experienced training expert, with particular expertise in both sales and management development. His key focus has always been to ensure complete engagement with participants and their organisations for improved effectiveness at all levels, creating environments in which talent can flourish.
Jos began his career working in industry with Scottish & Newcastle gaining valuable management and leadership experience across a wide range of disciplines. He has since held senior training roles within the challenging sales environment of recruitment.
Jos now works as a Training Consultant and Executive Coach. He has designed and delivered a wide range of innovative training courses for some of the UK’s leading businesses. His warm, credible and highly engaging training style ensures he creates a highly effective learning environment which is also challenging and stimulating.
